Neev is an audio storytelling application (referred to as "we", "us", or "Neev"). You can reach us at neevtales@gmail.com.

Who can use Neev

Anyone who loves stories from Indian mythology — families, children, and adults alike.

Your account

You're responsible for your account. Notify us at neevtales@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Neev is currently free. Paid features may be introduced in the future — we'll notify you before any changes.

Our content

All original stories, audio recordings, illustrations, and adaptations in Neev are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our content commercially. You may not reverse engineer the app.

Acceptable use

Use Neev only for listening to stories. Don't use it to violate any laws, access our systems without authorisation, or interfere with the service.

Availability

We aim to keep Neev running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features and will notify you of significant changes.

Third-party services

Neev integrates with Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Amplitude, and Crashlytics, each subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer

Neev is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime via app settings or by emailing neevtales@gmail.com. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
