Neev is an audio storytelling app for families and anyone who loves Indian mythology.

What information we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide our service:

Your name and email address when you create an account

Your language preference

Stories played and favourites saved, to power the Continue Playing feature

Device and crash data for app stability and technical support

We do not collect precise location data. We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever.

Children's privacy

Neev includes an optional child profile feature. If you choose to use it, we collect only a first name and age, used solely to personalise the in-app experience. This is entirely optional.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Neev experience. This includes personalising story recommendations, and remembering your progress.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at neevtales@gmail.com.

Third-party services

Neev uses the following third-party services, each operating under their own privacy policy:

Google Sign-In — account authentication

Apple Sign-In — account authentication

Amplitude — anonymised usage analytics

Crashlytics (Firebase) — crash reporting and app stability

None of these receive your child's profile information.

Your rights
